Payment by bank card is completely secure by STRIPE or Paypal (no need to have an account).

Deliveries

All orders are shipped from the shop in Bayonne or the workshop in Lahonce. The preparation is done by hand, by me. If you would like a gift package, do not hesitate to send a short email to zepolitabaiona@gmail.com , once your purchase is confirmed, specifying your order number. I would be happy to do so!

Pick up your order in person

• It's free!

• For those who can and wish to do so, you can place an order on the site and come and collect your purchases from the store in Bayonne at 9 rue Port de Castets during normal opening hours.

Deliveries in France

• Participation in preparation and delivery costs: 6.00 euros.

• Deliveries by tracked Colissimo within 48 hours or tracked letter depending on the format – If you order before 1 p.m., and everything is in stock, the order will be sent within 24 hours.

Deliveries in Europe

• Participation in preparation and delivery costs: 12.00 euros.

• Deliveries by international tracked Colissimo in a few days – If you order before 1 p.m., and everything is in stock, the order will be sent within 24 hours.

Deliveries to the rest of the world (and beyond)

• Participation in preparation and delivery costs: 20.00 euros.

• Deliveries by international tracked Colissimo – If you order before 1 p.m., and everything is in stock, the order will be sent within 24 hours.

Returns

For me, a product that comes back is not necessarily good news. Because, in one way or another, it seems that I did my job badly at one time or another. But, don't panic, there is necessarily a solution.

You can return an item to me within 7 days of receiving your order. (Please note that if this deadline is not respected, we reserve the right to replace the item or not).

Return costs are your responsibility. Upon receipt of your product, I will contact you to offer you either an exchange or a refund (excluding shipping costs).

All returned items will be subject to inspection.

In general, we pay particular attention to the quality of our products. However, if the item you receive is defective, ZE POLITA undertakes to exchange the item concerned as well as the shipping costs.
